Beat the Blues! - Mindfulness Basics

Do you feel like your mind wanders a lot? Or do you feel like you are constantly running around like a headless chicken? 
Often, we slip into the ‘auto-pilot’ mode instead of being aware of the present.

Mindfulness Basics introduces simple mindfulness tips through fun activities to handle stress effectively, and be more mindful of your thoughts and feelings. Practicing mindfulness also teaches you to have self-compassion and self-acceptance during unpleasant experiences.  We will be running EIGHT (8) weekly sessions  every Wednesday for all HELP undergraduate and foundation students.

So come join us for an hour each week to learn some practical tips on mindfulness so you can have a more fulfilling campus experience!
