Spontaneous Poetry, may also be known as Found Poetry is a form of visual poetry that involves exercising your intuition while you extract existing words from any prose or articles (i.e. novel, magazine, newspaper etc.), highlight these words that appear to you then rearrange it, or in some other way, following your intuitive mind, form your own original poem.
The new poem can be very beautiful and meaningful in a way that only appeals to you. In this activity, you are liberated to express and reconnect your thoughts in a more tangible manner. You do not need to be an experienced poet!
