How to Magically Connect with Anyone

Look around you, almost everybody is communicating with others. Technology today has made it easier than ever and perhaps, more demanding than ever that we do communicate with others. However, whilst everyone communicates, not all manage to connect. That thread of ‘that’s right – I get you’ is still an essential skill that many find it difficult to master.

Mood Diary

Have you ever wanted to express your feelings but found it difficult to say it out aloud?
Some use art to reflect their emotions. We've come up with a neat little activity that you could try; a personalized mood tracker that you can use anytime anywhere.Simply draw on the blank face with colors or just a pencil. Note down any event(s) that brought about some emotions, whether pleasant or unpleasant. Finally, jot down some things that you do to make yourself feel better. Happy Expressing!
